Current Role
Communications INC is a strategic marketing agency based in the UK, but with a global team and reach. With a focus on ocean and climate communications, the team work with global environmental organisations, non-profits, institutions and governing bodies to plan, create and lead campaigns focused on catalysing change for our planet.
As Content and Campaigns Coordinator, I am responsible for writing copy for many such campaigns. Working across a variety of clients, I write high-quality and high-impact articles, blogs, social media posts, emails, press releases, newsletters and more, all with the aim of sharing the work of our clients, and most importantly, calling for better action to protect our ocean and planet.

Previous Role

Sustainability and Environmental Education (SEEd)
Programmes and Communications Officer
My prior role was Programmes and Communications Officer at SEEd, an environmental education charity leading the charge in transformative sustainability education.
SEEd’s work empowers individuals to make lasting change through facilitation, action learning and other methodologies, including their Young Changemakers programme for young people, Educator Changemakers CPD series and Attitudes to Sustainability Surveys.
As Programmes and Communications Officer, I led all digital marketing (from email and content marketing to social media, web and beyond) and supported the running and development of key programmes including Young Changemakers, the Attitudes Surveys, Educator Changemakers CPD and the full Changemakers programme.
Through the marketing and communication avenue, I have written and edited blog posts and think pieces, crafted email and social media campaigns promoting our work and sharing stories of our alumni, created videos to share our work and stories, and undertaken an overhaul of the SEEd website. This last piece of work saw our SEO increase from 16% to 87%, and achieve a click-through rate of 142%, alongside other key metrics.
